Glyssia Studio - Planning Package Policy

1. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning services.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved online invoicing platforms.

2. Package Scope

  • Services included in your selected package are outlined in your individual proposal and contract.

  • Additional services or hours requested outside the agreed package will incur an additional fee and must be approved in writing.

3. Vendor Recommendations

  • Glyssia Studio will recommend vendors based on your preferences, style, and budget.

  • Final vendor selections and bookings are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not liable for the performance of any third-party vendor.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide prompt responses and access to required information (e.g., budget, guest count, design preferences).

  • Changes to key details (venue, date, guest numbers) must be communicated in writing as soon as possible.

5. Communication & Meetings

  • Each package includes a specific number of planning meetings (see your package overview).

  • Communication will be primarily via email and scheduled Team calls unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation & Postponement

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • If an event is postponed, we will attempt to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

  • If Glyssia Studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued for unused services.

7. Event Day

  • A detailed timeline and vendor contact sheet must be finalised at least 2 weeks before the wedding day.

8. Liability

  • Glyssia Studio will take every measure to ensure a successful event but is not liable for any acts of nature, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
